Set on the shores of Galway Bay, the Vodafone Comedy Carnival Galway & Spiegeltent Paradiso was the fulcrum for belly laughs at the 2014 festival. We used the Whatzere Queue Smart platform and apps to maximize our VIP event experience. The Spiegeltent Paradiso is an iconic setting with 13 private booth’s located within the venue. Trialling the pay and deliver option on the apps, this allowed our event goer’s to browse and order refreshments from the comfort of their own booth, and have their orders delivered directly to their table, enhancing the VIP experience. What an innovative idea!
As official partners to the Galway International Arts Festival, we at the Róisín Dubh have used the Whatzere Queue Smart Ordering platform at the music concerts annually held the Festival Big Top. The benefit to concert goers resulted in a greatly reduced queuing time to get their refreshments and get back to the main stage to enjoy the entertainment experience. From a bar management perspective, this model increases the production rate behind the bar and adds value to our service using a cashless system at events. It definitely created a better fan experience for our customers!
Connacht Rugby at the Sportsground, Galway was delighted to trial the new real-time event mobile payments solution Whatzere Queue Smart App at the Clan Terrace Bar for our supporters during all Guinness Pro12 2014/15 season. This mobile payments platform gave our supporters the ability to purchase refreshments via their smart-phone, while remaining in the terrace watching the game. They then collect their order from a dedicated fast-pass collection point in the Clan Bar, avoiding the usual half-time rush. Our fans can’t get enough of it. It’s the smart solution to queuing!
