Using the App

What will Whatzere Queue Smart do for me?

It will allow you to mobilize your money and order refreshments, admission concessions and merchandise all via our smart phone apps to maximise your event/venue experience. Your orders can be collected at Fast Pass Collection Points within the event/venue you are attending, thus avoiding the pain of waiting in line at busy queuing lanes.

What age must you be to use the Whatzere App?

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App, and purchase all products and services with the exception of age restricted items, such as alcohol, for which you must be at least 18 years old. The vendor reserves the right to request valid identification upon receipt and may refuse the right to service at their discretion.

Can I use the Whatzere App without creating an account or adding a credit card?

Yes. You can view all the participating venues, and browse their menus, price lists and special offers without needing to register. However, you must create an account and add a valid credit/debit card to complete orders made through the App (this will take just 3 minutes).

Can I add multiple credit cards to my account?

Yes. You can have as multiple debit/credit cards, allowing you to separate personal expenses from  work related expenses.

Are my credit/debit card details secure?

Yes. All debit/credit card details are completely secure. The details are not held on our servers, or on your phone, but are held by a PCI-compliant 3rd party platform (Stripe) who use the highest levels of security.

What If I have forgotten my password ?

No problem. In order to obtain a new password via e-mail, follow these steps:

  • Click on the “Forgot My Password”
  • Whatzere will request your email address and send you a link to activate a new account password.

What venues will be displayed when I log in ?

The five nearest venues will automatically be displayed on the App when you login, but you can search a particular venue through the home screen.

Placing an order using the App

Can I order without registering my credit/debit card ?

No. You must register a credit/debit card to complete your order.

Do I need to re-enter my credit/debit card details every time I make an order, or if I attend another venue ?

No. Once you enter your credit/debit card details upon registration, these are automatically stored by Stripe. If your card has expired, you may need to update your card details in account settings.

How do I place an order?

  1. Choose the venue you are attending.
  2. Browse selected merchants available.
  3. Add your refreshments to cart.
  4. Select “Pay & Collect” or “Pay & Deliver” (only at participating venues).
  5. Go to checkout & make payment.
  6. Present your order receipt number to the merchant service collection point and enjoy your event.

How long does it take for my order to be ready for pick-up or delivery?

Usually, it takes a few minutes to complete your order. However, during the peak demand times, it may take a little longer.

Can I change or modify my order?

Yes, you can, prior to an order submission. If you would like to add another item or remove any item, or change the order quantity of any item, and then submit your order.

Can I cancel or modify my submitted order?

No. Once your order has been submitted, you can request to refund your order at the collection lane if an order has been made by mistake. Alternatively, if an order is not collected, Whatzere will automatically refund your order with no charge to your card.

Is there a charge for making orders through the Whatzere App?

Yes, there is a default charge of €0.50 per transaction and may increase per event or venue service.

Collecting your order

Where do I collect my order?

Once your order is ready, you may collect it from a Whatzere Fast Pass Collection Point located at a specified kiosk and avoid the traditional queuing lane.

What do I need to collect or accept delivery of my order ?

You will need to show the order receipt number, which you will have received on your smart-phone after you have placed your order.  This will ensure that your order will not be mistakenly given to another customer.

Can a vendor refuse to serve me, even though I have paid for my order?

In exceptional circumstances, the vendor can refuse to serve you, for example, if your order, or part of your order includes  an alcoholic beverage, and the vendor suspects that you are under 18 years old, and you cannot produce a valid Identification card, Or if the vendor believes you are intoxicated. How will I know when my order is ready ?

After placing your order, you will receive an order number receipt message which will tell you when and where you can collect your order.

Will I get a receipt for my purchases?

Yes, a receipt will be sent to both your app account settings and your email address, which you can print it out for your records.

Note: Information requested by you, through the App, is displayed in real time, through cloud technology, speed, of which this information is displayed, is dependent on your 3G/4G network connection signal, which may fluctuate from time to time. Some venues may provide Wi-Fi, which will improve download speeds.
